PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & COACHING
This may take the form of an individual or group development process over several weeks to focus attention on the priorities of the person and organization.

GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS TO HELP TARGET DEVELOPMENT AREAS
Development opportunities can be identified more clearly through the use of an “Attribute Index” or a “Dialog” assessment, combined with interviews and observations.

COACHING THAT IS FOCUSED ON CLIENT ACHIEVEMENT
One size does not fit all. We’ll identify the directions the client wants to go and define a process to get there. A coach fills a unique role for an individual or a group – one that cannot be satisfied by those with other interests in the individual, such as a co-worker, spouse, or supervisor.

Each organization and team is unique, as are individuals. Processes are customized to address the needs of the client, not served by a cookie cutter package.

Organizations of every stripe struggle at times with change that must be a part of life. We work with Clients to adapt to their needs and help individuals change. An outside perspective and resource can be invaluable in implementing change in organizations.

Leaders are everywhere in an organization. Helping those leaders examine attitudes, set and achieve goals, and develop skills are critical components of what we do.

TEAM DYNAMICS IMPROVEMENT
Interaction is an interesting business! We don’t “fix people”, we help facilitate change in a Client’s organization by helping teams function more effectively.


STRATEGY

STRATEGIC PLANNING FACILITATION
This may be the most over-used term and under-utilized tool in the history of the world. We tailor the approach to the organization, and stay on the side of simplicity. This can be done individually for a small business application, or even an individual, and it is often done with leadership teams in several successive sessions.

GOAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRACKING
The result of a successful strategic plan is a set of goals that can be deployed by the person or organization to achieve measurable progress, with the tools to monitor performance and adapt to the inevitable changes in the environment in which we operate.

PERSONAL DIRECTIONS AND INITIATIVES
An individual strategy can be developed with thought and application. We can facilitate this for Clients according to their desires and needs.

ALIGNMENT OF PEOPLE AND TEAMS TO STRATEGY
At the end of the day, strategies are not useful unless we are engaged to execute them. This takes alignment of the organization, and when it is done , it is a beautiful thing indeed!
